Here goes!

I am counting down my 10 favorite movies of all time.  Feel free to comment your opinions on the selections.

First up, number 10.

Young Frankenstein(1974).

I love this movie.  Every character plays their parts perfectly.  Peter Boyle as the "Monster" is hilarious.  His scene with Gene Hackman as the blind man is one of the funniest scenes in cinema history.  Gene Wilder is brillant as Dr Frankenstein's grandson who inherits the castle.  Terri Garr as Inga the assistant is a riot as is Madeline Kahn. 

If your in the mood to laugh, check this flick out.  You will be happy you did!

Tomorrow...number 9.

On to business.  Mortgage rates came down this week and are at the lowest levels of the year.  Home inventories are high.  It is an excellent time to buy! If your looking for your first home, more space or an investment property, give me a call.
